Our new print partner

Our new print partner is a fine art and photographic printing service that is 100% end-to-end carbon neutral. The company minimises energy usage and uses renewable suppliers to reduce carbon emissions. They also offset their unavoidable carbon emissions by investing in carbon offset projects like wind power projects in Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh in India.

What do we mean by carbon-neutral art printing?

We offer a 100 % carbon neutral print service on our prints in the gallery. Our new printing and framing partner that handles our smaller prints, works from the UK and Germany. The hand-crafted prints are printed by an award winning print partner here in Berlin. We ship our products using DHL green.

 

 

Carbon-neutral printing helps reduce carbon emissions and minimise environmental impact. It also helps reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Our main printing services reduce their carbon footprint by using renewable energy suppliers, minimising energy usage, and offsetting carbon emissions.

So what we mean by carbon-neutral printing, is that the carbon emissions generated by the printing process are offset by investing in carbon reduction projects. The carbon footprint of your fine art prints will be reduced to zero.

Our new print partner have been certified Carbon Neutral since 2021 by Achilles Carbon Reduce, an accredited GHG verification body.

Hahnemühle German Etching paper is a heavyweight Giclée art printing paper with an off-white, slightly warm tone. It has a tactile, well-defined felt structure that can hold more ink and capture light for vibrant colors and deep blacks, resulting in rich, high-contrast prints. This textured paper offers a handmade feel and is made from 100% alpha cellulose. It weighs 310 gsm, has a matte finish, is acid-free, lignin-free, and meets ISO 9706 standards for museum-quality and age resistance. It's a popular choice among fine art printing papers.

German Etching paper from Hanemüle is a heavyweight Giclée art printing paper that has a off white color and slightly warm base tone. The paper is characterised by its tactile feel and its fine clearly defined felt structure. This characteristic of the paper makes it capable of holding more ink and capturing light, which results in prints with strong vibrant colors and deep blacks that feel rich and high in contrast. The paper’s texture also gives an artwork a handmade feel. Handmade sustainable fine art frames 

When framing our prints, we use the finest sustainable materials and solid woods. We offer black and white contemporary frames to traditional walnut and oak frames. The work is mounted and come with good quality glass. 

Our frames are made using solid woods only from sustainable sources, and no reconstituted materials are used in framing.

Our frames are handmade from 100% acid-free materials and are FSC certified. In addition, our framing and print partners guarantee the quality and archival properties of every frame they make.
